EZ Sleep Meditations is an easy to listen to guided meditation that encourages you to relax and fall asleep. It’s a hypnotic journey that includes mindfulness, a relaxing body scan, visualizations and peaceful sounds.
The meditation was conceived by a bona fide insomniac wishing to help others improve their sleep. The recording comes directly from Joan’s experience of studying Buddhism and meditation, and her journey and insights from years of “trying” to sleep.
